OUR OILS
100% certified Italian product
We harvest the wonderful fruits of this land: two varieties of olives, Coratina and Peranzana. Two distinct varieties, each with its own distinct character.
For us, the culture of olive oil is about spreading the message that it’s not just a matter of taste, but that every type of oil is perfect for bringing out the characteristics and flavors of every dish. We produce twelve varieties because good food is beautiful precisely because it’s varied. But we never stop. “Fabulous” isn’t just an adjective; it’s the third olive variety we’ve been working on for years. It will give rise to the “Fruttato Delicato.”

Written organic, read as lifeThe Organic Oil
Coratina · 500 mlOrganic oil is the answer to a growing collective sense of responsibility — towards ourselves and towards the planet that hosts us.
Only from olives grown through organic farming. We care for 60 hectares of olive groves in the countryside of Andria and Trani, on the Murgia plateau, without resorting to synthetic products, whether chemical fertilisers or pesticides. The result is unique — the fruit of a production cycle completed by hand-picked olives and cold pressing. Just as nature intended.

When excellences intertwineThe Aromatic Oils
Aromatic selection · 250 mlThe union of flavours — their blending — happens during the production of our aromatic oils. The ingredients stay together and are pressed together with the olives.
We chose IGP lemon from Rocca Imperiale, Calabrian chilli pepper, DOP basil from Genoa and garlic to create delicate yet distinctive alchemies of taste. Different aromatic bouquets built on outstanding raw materials. Aroma becoming essence.
