Pitted extra virgin olive oil is a very high quality product in which the olive pulp is separated from the stone before pressing. Delicate nuances, fruity taste and lively aftertaste.

Fumo extra virgin olive oil is smoked in the oil mill with strictly natural wood. The taste is delicate and smooth but does not renounce persistent spicy notes.

Extra virgin olive oil Medium Fruity is obtained from Monocultivar Peranzana olives. Delicate and elegant. Golden yellow with luminous green highlights. The aroma gives intense and vivid memories of tomato, rocket, radish and artichoke sensations.

Extra virgin olive oil Intense Fruity is obtained from Monocultivar Coratina olives. Powerful and true. Intense green with golden hues. Aromas of dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay. It leaves a tasty spicy flavour.
