“Fumo” is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Peranzana cultivar, created in 2015 after three years of research, study and experimentation.
Naturally cold-smoked with strictly natural beech wood, it represents the perfect meeting of olive oil tradition and innovation.
The smoking, carried out directly at the mill, gives the oil a refined, balanced aromatic profile, able to enhance ingredients without ever masking their identity. Its delicate notes accompany a dish with elegance, adding depth and character without overpowering its flavors.
